Pfarr, presenting The Urgency of Awareness, an engaging session that explores identity, perspective, and the importance of acknowledging diverse experiences in the workplace and beyond. Next, Nathan Chuba, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Certified Music Therapist, will lead Building Resilience to Combat Burnout and Compassion Fatigue. This session will provide participants with practical tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and sustain energy in high-pressure environments. After lunch, Ellen Procida will present What’s Your Title? Based on Actual Events, Not Your Title, an insightful discussion on servant leadership. Participants will explore leadership beyond formal titles, reflecting on their personal journeys and discovering ways to lead with intention and impact. The conference will conclude with closing remarks from MAACM President Jordan Ludwick, along with the 2025 Annual Conference Scholarship Drawing.
