Biography

I am an IT Project Manager in the State of Delaware's Judicial Branch and in charge of the Judicial Information Center's Project Management Office (PMO). I am also an United States Air Force Veteran. I have an extensive IT background having held positions as a computer programmer, network technician, and application support specialist. I enjoy focusing on projects that help to improve the processes within the court and help to make the lives of judges, court employees, police officers, and the public easier.
