Cancellation Policy:
All requests for a refund of registration fees shall be made in writing and directed to the Treasurer (treasurer@maacm.org). Requests for refunds must be made ten days in advance of the event to receive a 100% refund. Requests for exceptions based on extenuating circumstances must be received within ten days after the event.

Join us September 28–October 1, 2025, at the Wind Creek Bethlehem Resort in Pennsylvania for the MAACM Annual Conference—where over 300 court professionals from across the Mid-Atlantic come together for three days of learning, networking, and collaboration. Attendees will gain access to engaging workshops, dynamic speakers, and a robust exhibit hall featuring industry vendors and partners. Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, plus breakfast on Wednesday. Don’t miss Tuesday night’s social event with live music from AM Radio—a chance to relax, connect, and have some fun with colleagues.
Bringing a guest? MAACM offers at-cost options for you to include up to two guests (per conference registrant) in meals and activities.
