Presenter Bio: Allison Gallo serves as both the staff trainer and the administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the Delaware judicial branch. She develops training courses aimed at providing employees with the tools that they need to assist Delaware citizens. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Education from Strayer University. She has approximately 20 years of experience in adult education and professional development and holds the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) designation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Allison has a passion for lifelong learning and is dedicated to helping others succeed.
